Yes. Samples are available via express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS, up to ~100 kg). Sample cost can be credited against your first bulk order. Contact us with your required width, thickness, and roll weight and we will send a quote.
Width, thickness, roll weight, core size (38/50/76 mm), color, stretch ratio, film grade (cast/blown), and packaging. Functional variants include UV, VCI, flame-retardant (UL94 VTM-2) and food-grade (FDA 21 CFR, EU 10/2011) films.
Yes. We offer private label printed cores and rolls, retail-ready cartons, custom pallet configurations, and custom-printed master cartons. Custom packaging is typically confirmed within 15–25 business days lead time.
T/T (bank wire) in USD, EUR, or CNY is the most common for bulk orders. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight (orders above USD 30,000), PayPal for samples and small orders (typically under USD 3,000), Western Union / MoneyGram for small or urgent payments, and Alipay / WeChat Pay for CNY payments. Alibaba Trade Assurance is available on request.
New customers: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against a copy of B/L. Established customers may qualify for Net 30 or a 50/50 split after credit review. Orders above USD 50,000 can be structured with negotiated milestones (e.g., 30/70 or 20/30/50).
Official bank details are provided on the signed Proforma Invoice and never change without written confirmation. If you receive any email asking for payment to a different account, contact us directly to verify — this is a common fraud pattern. Alibaba Trade Assurance and PayPal buyer protection are available on request.
All major Incoterms 2020. First-time buyers most often use FOB (Qingdao / Shanghai / Lianyungang), CIF, CFR, or DAP / DDP. Tell us your preferred term and we will quote accordingly.
Lead time: stock products 5–10 business days; custom specs / printed cores 15–25 business days. Sea transit: 15–35 days depending on destination. Air and express are faster and quoted per shipment.
Approximately 15–18 tons per 20'GP and 22–26 tons per 40'HQ, depending on roll dimensions and packaging. We confirm a load plan for every order.
Individual rolls are wrapped in protective film, packed 4–6 rolls per carton or stacked on export pallets (1100 × 1100 mm, heat-treated and ISPM-15 compliant), stretched, strapped with corner protectors, and covered with an outer waterproof hood.
Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin (China, Form E / Form F / Form RCEP as applicable), Fumigation / Phytosanitary Certificate if required, and MSDS / REACH statements on request.
Every batch is tested for thickness uniformity, stretch & recovery, puncture resistance, and optical clarity. Films are produced to ISO quality management standards, with SGS inspection available before shipment. Functional variants carry third-party test reports (UL94 VTM-2 for FR, FDA 21 CFR / EU 10/2011 for food grade).
Yes. SGS or other third-party inspection before shipment is available on request. We also provide photos and videos of the goods ready for shipment before the balance payment is released.
